Dying Fisherman totally healed by Jesus

Dying Fisherman Healed - He shouted I'm Strong, I'm Strong and ran towards us

Yesterday we revisited a small fishing village.

We were there a few weeks ago and a very bedraggled boy came out of a shack and told us how sick his father was. Eventually we realized this was a destiny moment so uwe listened as he explained his father was dying, his mother was gone and he had noone to help him look after his young brother.

We walked the short distance to the hovel where the father was. It was true he was very sick, could hardly get himself of the hard bamboo floor to come to us, and must have only weighed 60-70lbs.

The father told us he was a drunkard, his wife had left, he had tuberculosis and was dying, he couldn't even get up to fetch the water from the nearby pump, his young boys had to do everything and were surviving from scraps from poor neighbours. It was an abysmal and hopeless situation, what would happen to this 2 boys when the father died?

Then Jesus passed by - I explained through one of our team that Jesus was here and would help him and his family if he would repent for a life of sin. He repented there and then with tears and asked Jesus to save his wretched life and boys. We prayed, rebuked sickness and broke curses. He was walking before we left.

When we drove the sand track to his hut yesterday, he had no idea we were back in the area but was lying in his hammock reading a battered new testament. When he saw us he jumped up

and virtually ran to us saying I'm strong, I'm strong, he was smiling and very happy and testifying his life was changed! Jesus!!!
