MIRACLES - THE OUTCOME OF A COMMITTED PRAYER LIFE

MIRACLES - THE OUTCOME OF A COMMITTED PRAYER LIFE
5 DEC 2017
I am so blessed to have seen so many miracles and deliverances in my life. Breakthroughs in impossible situations. Amazing turnarounds when there seemed no way to turn them around. But, you know it’s predictable, I can list how such testimonies occur and they all begin with obedience to consecration followed by obedience to prayer. Prayer has probably been the most contested dynamic of my life all the years that I have walked with Christ. My flesh has never loved to pray, nor read the bible for that matter. But my spirit knows that I must. And when I day by day, apply myself to what I know call the discipline of devotion I reap immense spiritual benefit. In a way its easy, all I have to do is pray, which is mostly speaking in tongues with an inner determination to press through. I purpose to pray for at least an hour. The rest is up to God. Day after day witnessing opportunities arise, you receive verses for people that you didn’t know were discouraged or need the direction of that verse. You pray for sick people and the Lord raises them up, needs are miraculously met, and more and more and more.

Equally, I know what it is to somehow allow life to send you a few of life’s broadsides and devotion involuntarily declines, a sequence of pressing events come like a tide, sometimes like a Tsunami, and before you know it the flesh has dominated the high ground and the prayer life becomes the first casualty. It can take a long time or another emergency to begin a disciplined prayerful recovery. What follows is a list of my personal experience that proof positive that the only way to have a definitive walk with Christ is to be joyfully obedient in daily and enduring prayer.

1. Consecration to Christ with a determination for obedience

2. One of the first things to obey is the Spirits call to a prayer closet with view to staying there for a good while

3. Prayer, particularly in the Spirit (tongues) has an effect in the heavenlies, it is a catalysts that releases the will and purposes of God, prayer facilitates God to engineer and set His will in motion.

4. Relevant situations will begin to occur, particular people will cross your path or you to cross theirs.

5. Expect for the Lord to take up the conversation with them and have boldness without shame in declaring as the Spirit leads you.

6. You will soon see an uptake in both blessing and challenge. The enemy will become aware that you are causing him trouble and will seek to distract, discourage or any way dissuade you.

7. Rest in this that though a host encamp against you in this you will not fear - God is totally for you and His angles will help and comfort you to bring His will to pass.

8. If you will have faith to sustain and abide your life and the results of prayer will come the basis of a book, because so much will happen that will bring Yeshau glory.

Blest Regards

G
